This customer had some big issues with another contractor previous to our arrival. This contractor started building the deck but could not comply with code and had poor craftsmanship. The customer gave us a call to fix the problem.

After removal of the existing structure, we tore out the old flashing and Installed new flashing properly. It was a challenge working with another contractor’s framing design but we made it work with some post adjustments and new joists. This deck was constructed with a double border and long 20′ deck boards. We really like the natural looking wood grain of the Trex Enhance decking.
