This client had a large wooden deck upon us arriving at site. The deck had thick stain and was rotting from the boards down to the posts. There were multiple structural issues with this deck causing a major safety hazard.

After demolition of the existing deck, we fixed the flashing at the house and began to frame. We used pressure treated lumber to frame the deck and taped the tops of the joists for longevity. This customer elected to use Trex Select Pebble Gray to match closely to the siding on her house. The white Trex railings with black balusters accented this build nicely. We utilized hidden fasteners to give this deck a clean look.
