This client, located in Cary, NC, needed a full deck demo and reconstruction. We designed a two tier deck to free up space on the top tier and accommodate two grills on the lower portion.
This client decided on TimberTech Weathered Teak decking and TimberTech Classic Composite White railing with matching cocktail rail.
The client went with white PVC fascia to accent the white railing. The deck and fascia are fastened with Cortex screws and plugs to hide all fasteners.
