These homeowners wanted to enhance their basic 10’x10’ builder-grade concrete patio by creating a more functional outdoor living space. They envisioned a three-season room featuring interchangeable glass and screen panels, along with an uncovered grill pad.

To bring their vision to life, we expanded the existing patio to 14’x14’ and added 10’x10’ concrete pad dedicated to their grills. The new 14’x14’ area is fully covered, with a roof that seamlessly matches the home using the same shingles and integrated gutters. The ceiling features wood tongue-and-groove paneling accented with decorative faux beams for added charm.

Each 6”x6” post is wrapped in low-maintenance white PVC, as are all fascia, soffit, and trim elements—ensuring durability and a clean, cohesive look. The room is enclosed with custom-sized tempered glass panels, each paired with a removable screen panel. This setup allows the homeowners to enjoy unobstructed views through clear glass during cooler months and easily switch to screens for ventilation as the weather warms.
